Where to put an open can beside your seat
Choose a supported spot outside elbows, edges and walking paths.
Start at seated height
Pick a location you can reach naturally. A stable side table is useful when the seat surface is sloped or crowded.
On a cushion
Use only a level, adequately supported area. If the cushion sinks, slopes or moves with someone sitting down, choose another surface.
On a patio table
Leave the full base away from the edge and avoid large slat gaps. Moving outdoors does not make an uneven surface suitable.
When you get up
Notice where your hand and foot will travel. Move the drink before changing seats or shifting furniture; Steadi does not seal an opened can.
